All our keepsake gifts are created, packed and shipped with great care, and as such they should be delivered to you in this coniditon. If the rare event occurs that your order arrives faulty or damaged, we ask that you provide photographic evidence. Once it has been assessed, we will be in contact to offer you a return if deemed applicable, excluding the delivery charge. However, returns are not available for damage made during transit.

If a replacement item is neccessary, then we will ship it to you as soon as possible, but we do not offer returns and exhanges for change of mind on all products
We use Australia Post to send your candles and keepsake gifts. Standard shipping of up to $11.00. You can expect to receive your order in 7-14 business days. All our candles and keepsake gifts are made to order and will be individually made with care once your order has been processed and payment has been cleared.

Apollo & Hunter does not take responsibility if Australia Post is unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned because the address is undeliverable. Under these circumstances, you will be notified and an additional postage fee will apply to be sent again.
