Candle Care

To ensure you get the best quality out of your candles, treat it with the love it deserves by following our safety and care guide.

Trim the Wick

Before each burn trim the wick of the candle to 6mm to avoid any soot and ensure your result is an even burn.

Candle Burn Time

Never burn your candle for more than three hours at a time. Excessive burn time can result is the glass overheating and cracking.

Putting Candles Out

We recommend using a candle snuffer to prevent wax back-splash and the wick from drifting off centre. This process maxmises the burn time.

Handle with Care

Never move a burning candle. Always handle without a burning flame and place on a flat heat-resistant surfance.

Use The Vessel

Once the candle is finished you can use the vessel as storage for you makeup brushes or use it as a vase. Simply use hot water to remove excess wax and wipe with a paper towel.

Burn in a Safe Environment

Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.

Avoid Draughts

Keep candles away from open windows and running aircon to avoid uneven burning.

Storage of Candles

Temperature and light have an effect on the candle. Store your candles in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight to avoid candles from fading, cracking and melting.
